Bookings and scheduling
Sessions and clinics are scheduled by agreement between the parent or legal guardian and Frank Horowitz Coaching. Facility availability may affect timing.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed at the time of booking and communicated in writing.
Payment
Payment is due at registration unless otherwise agreed. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; Frank Horowitz Coaching does not store card details.
Waiver
Participation requires a completed participation waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
